R&D
The patents concentrate on the mechanism body and its interlocks: five-prevention interlocking on spring operating mechanisms, mechanical anti-pumping on closing, transmission and isolation for three-position switchgear, and breaker mechanisms for high current and high breaking capacity and for gas-insulated switchgear. Patent numbers and grant dates are listed with their scans further down this page.
All 13 patents listed here are utility models; 2 of them are held by the company’s predecessor — see the footnote under the patent table.

Structure
The integrated type carries the mechanism on a single body, so there are fewer assembly interfaces; the modular type splits by cabinet type and is replaced module by module in service. Both are used in vacuum breaker cabinets, ring main units and CGIS gas-insulated switchgear, and the ring-main-unit mechanisms are dimensioned for SGCC standard cabinets.

Manufacturing
Predecessor Wuxi Licheng Electric was founded in 2001, focused on switch operating mechanisms; that is still the business. Annual capacity is close to 100,000 units; customers are spread across 20+ Chinese provinces and municipalities, and products are exported to Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
The capacity figure is company-reported and covers all electrical product types, not a single series.

Quality system
Key processes and as-shipped performance are tested per the certified quality-system documents. The certified scope reads, verbatim: “Manufacture of CBT spring operating mechanism and ring network cabinet mechanism (except for those with national special requirements)”. The certificate number, issuing body, validity and scans are further down this page.
What is certified is the quality management system for manufacture — not the products, and not testing-laboratory accreditation. Vacuum circuit breakers and CGIS fall outside the scope above.
